Cleanse Your Body by Fasting
Body
cleansing has been existed for centuries. Body cleansing is not practiced by the medical elite; therefore, it
has been always the work of alternative medicine. It been used by many people and cultures as a way to cleanse
their internal organs of toxin, as well as to improve their spiritual being. A body cleansing can be simple, and
requires no restrictions; the same it can be radical or strict. There exist different types of body cleansing or

is a natural method to cleanse the body, clear the mind, and refresh the spirit. For some religious group, it

and mind. In fact, most naturopathists (a
specialist in naturopathy or natural medicine)
recommend fasting about 3 times a year to their patients.

total fasting costs nothing. Juice fasting, however, requires purchase of fruits or vegetable, depending on your
choice. Therefore, if you're planning to detox your body through fasting of any kind, you should first do your
homework and find out what is involved. As t is said above, a fasting can be partial or total: in partial
fasting, you abstain yourself from certain foods; in total fasting, however, you eat nothing at all. It would be
useful to understand what is involved, and also what type to choose.
Juice
fasting (a form of partial fasting) is a good choice for those who wish to lose weight. When you are doing a
juice fasting, you usually drink fruit juice for a long period of time; 40 days is the longest period I have
heard. Choose fruits that are fresh which contain all the nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, your body
needs. Also, choose fruits that contain incredible number of fibers
that will work to cleanse the digestive system. It is better to drink the juice right after you make
it.

any radical body cleansing. This is a vital step to ensure that the fasting will have advantages rather than
complicate your health problem.
